The Fatsoff® Soup Scoop concentrates the thin layer of fat into a much thicker layer for simple, quick and easy removal. Just press the Fatsoff Soup Scoop down into the soup or stew until all the fat that has been trapped under the funnel spills into the cup. Before any broth spills into the cup lift it out of the soup. Repeat on other areas. That’s all there is to it!! Keep handy a container to empty the ladle into and a saucer to set it onto.
